Trade-In FAQ
Once we receive and inspect your Original, we’ll issue your credit back to your original payment method. This typically takes a week after grading is complete.
The program is open to all Original DuraBrite Pro, Standard, and Mini Series. Units must be fully functional and meet the basic condition requirements.
We grade each unit (A/B/C) based on age, overall condition, and functional performance. Factors include LED brightness, housing condition, finish integrity, and cable health. Your estimated credit is shown online, and final credit is confirmed after inspection.
Trade-ins must be post-marked within 45 days of your Gen2 purchase to be eligible for credit. After that, the order is considered final and no trade-in credit can be issued.
We’ll email you a packing guide after checkout. Depending on your region, we may provide a prepaid label or require you to ship at your own cost. Instructions will be included. Please put the trade-in unit into the Gen2 shipping box set and seal it up as per instruction.
Inspection and grading typically take 3–4 weeks after we receive your unit. Once grading is complete, your credit is processed within a week.
