DuraBrite Standard Limited Warranty & Full Lifetime Warranty Policy
Release Date: 09/01/2023
Overview
DuraBrite products are engineered for demanding marine environments and are thoroughly tested prior to shipment. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for the applicable warranty period.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by installation errors, improper power sources, environmental exposure beyond design limits, or normal wear and tear. Warranty coverage and duration depend on the product series, purchase date, and—when applicable—installer qualification.
Proof of original purchase is required for all warranty claims. Products beyond their Warranty Period or not covered by the Warranty may still qualify for a repair.

Full Lifetime Warranty
Eligibility
Full Lifetime Warranty is available only when eligible products are:
-
Purchased from DuraBrite or an authorized source, and

Installed by a Certified DuraBrite Installer who is approved to offer Full Lifetime Warranty
Because installation quality directly affects performance and longevity, Full Lifetime Warranty is limited to installations completed by qualified installers with demonstrated experience. Certified Installers can be found in our Lifetime Warranty Registration Form.
Registration Requirement
If your product qualifies for Full Lifetime Warranty, registration is required:
Lifetime Warranty Registration Form
Only installers eligible to offer Full Lifetime Warranty will appear as selectable options in the registration form. If your installer does not appear, they are not authorized to offer Full Lifetime Warranty.
Extent of Full Lifetime Warranty Coverage
Full Lifetime Warranty provides the same coverage terms as the Standard Limited Warranty, for the supported lifetime of the product model.
-
Domestic return shipping is covered
-
Coverage applies only to the original owner
-
Removal and reinstallation by a non-certified installer voids Full Lifetime Warranty
“Lifetime” refers to the period during which the product model is actively supported by DuraBrite, including the availability of replacement components.

Defects in Materials or Workmanship
Manufacturing defects typically present early in the product’s life cycle. Products that have operated reliably for extended periods are rarely found to have manufacturing defects upon inspection. Most service requests arise from environmental exposure, power source issues, or installation-related factors, which are not considered defects under this warranty.
Each claim is evaluated individually based on physical evidence and diagnostic analysis.
Products Reported as Not Working Upon Installation
All DuraBrite products are functionally tested prior to shipment. In some cases, products reported as non-functional upon installation are later found to have been connected to an incorrect power source.
If there is uncertainty about the power supply or installation requirements, DuraBrite strongly recommends using a Certified Installer or consulting a qualified technician prior to installation.
No Other Express Warranty
No employee, dealer, installer, or representative is authorized to modify this warranty or make additional warranties on behalf of DuraBrite.
